Abstract

This study examines the impact of school principal leadership, supervision, teacher motivation, and school culture on teacher performance. Using a quantitative approach and ex-post facto method, the sample includes 78 teachers from junior high schools in Kuala Kampar District. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and R². The findings show that each factor—principal leadership, supervision, teacher motivation, and school culture—positively and significantly influences teacher performance. Simultaneously, these factors contribute 85% to teacher performance, with an R² of 0.850. All factors have significance values below 0.05, demonstrating a strong impact on teacher performance in the district.
