This study examines the impact of academic supervision, rewards, and work environment on teachers' motivation in senior high schools in Meranti Islands Regency. Using a quantitative ex post facto approach with a correlational design, data were collected from 196 teachers through validated questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that all three factors significantly influence motivation both individually and collectively. Academic supervision enhances professional skills, rewards increase appreciation and enthusiasm, and a supportive work environment boosts productivity. The study suggests structured academic supervision, consistent rewards, and improved work environments to optimize teacher performance and learning quality.
