Abstract

Philosophy of education is a branch of philosophy that provides direction and foundation for the development of educational systems. Through an in-depth analysis of the concepts of ontology, epistemology, and axiology, as well as the views of thinkers such as Tan Malaka and Paulo Freire, this article outlines how philosophy of education can create a system that is relevant to social, economic, and technological developments. The findings show that philosophy of education plays an important role in shaping individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also moral and have critical awareness. The conclusion confirms that a deep understanding of philosophy of education is key to creating a just future.
