The Role of Information and Communication in Supporting Digital Services at Universitas Negeri Padang Library

This article discusses the role of information and communication in supporting digital services at the Padang State University (UNP) Library. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) allows libraries to deliver information more effectively through services such as e-books, e-journals, digital scientific work catalogs, CDs, and repositories. Information communication is carried out through websites, social media, and literacy activities such as the UNP Reading Ambassador Election. The role of information communication includes service promotion, distribution, and interaction between librarians and users to ensure that digital services can be accessed optimally.
