Checklist for Submission Preparation
Authors must check out whether their submission complies with each of the following requirements as part of the submission process; entries that do not meet these requirements may be returned.

1. No other journal has received the submission for review, nor has it been published before (or an explanation has been offered in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submitted file is in one of three formats: RTF, Microsoft Word, or OpenOffice.
3. URLs for the references have been included where possible.
4. Italics are used instead of underlining (except from URL addresses), the text is single-spaced, and all figures, tables, and illustrations are positioned within the text at the right places rather than at the conclusion.
5. The text complies with the Author Guidelines' bibliographic and stylistic specifications.
